Where do you Deliver to?

All of our digital products are available worldwide for instant download after purchase. We deliver physical products within the UK, with FREE mainland UK delivery on all small items. Large made to order items will incur a delivery fee, which will be calculated when your order is placed. Some of our items are available to mainland UK only. Where this is the case it will be stated on the product description page. 

 

How is my Order Confirmed?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Can I place an order via PO?

Yes. Simply email your PO to us at sales@sensorysurroundings.co.uk, and we will set up your customer account and a custom draft order invoice for your order. We will then email this to you with information for payment. You can pay directly online or by direct bank transfer. If you require details for requesting Sensory Surroundings as an approved supplier, simply email sales at the above email address, and we will send these details to you. Please note that due to most of our large items being made to order, we require payment before delivery, as these items cannot be stored. If you need more information, simply contact our team for help.

 

How long does Delivery take?

All our individual product pages will have details on delivery times. These will vary as some items may be made to order. As a guide for our standard products we deliver within 7 to 14 working days and 3 to 4 weeks for larger items. If there are delays in manufacturing due to raw material supplies, these will be communicated on the product page and via email.

Many of our larger items come with a Gold Service Delivery option where you may select a delivery day of your choice along with FREE installation at your property. Further information can be found in our Shipping Policy.

 

What if I receive the item and there is a problem?

If you receive the product and it is missing parts or is faulty in any way, we can replace the parts, replace the whole product or we can collect and refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

 

Will the item be delivered ready built?

Some of our items are delivered fully assembled. This will be stated on the product description page. Other items are supplied flat pack and require home assembly. Where this is the case, they will come with an instructions manual on how to do this along with full components. Many of our larger items come with the choice of Gold Service Delivery where they are delivered and installed at your property on a day of your choice.
